A for Abundance

Life is a festival calling us to celebrate. One of the most beautiful ways of celebrating is to dance. This article is about life’s dance also known as A-B-U-n-Dance. One of the grandest examples of Abundance at macro level is the cosmic dance of Shiva (Consciousness), it is the clear indicator that the universe functions in complete harmony on a wonderful rhythm utilizing wide range of melodies being sung simultaneously for that one universal consciousness to dance and celebrate its being.

At micro level Lord Shankara, incarnation of Shiva is visualized in a dancing form known as Tandava. This too is a form of abundance at individual level.

What are the characteristics of abundance? What are the common aspect between cosmic dance of Shiva and Tandava?
  • Abundance is a form of solo dance done by single consciousness.
  • At every moment it is new, zero repetition full of spontaneity.
  • Only rule applicable in this dance that there are no rules.
The dance is about going with the flow in complete harmony with entire existence forever. In other words Tandava is the symbol of cosmic dance of Shiva. That has been on since eternity and will go on infinitely. What we can learn from cosmic dance and Tandava is abundance.

How to learn A-B-U-n-Dance (Abundance)?
It is by practicing the five steps.
Step 1 is A, signifying …… One. Taking a stance that “we all are one”. Getting into the mood and music of oneness. Experience the fact that there is only A.
Step 2 is B, signifying …… Be. Live the Oneness of “A” in your being. Every moment every breath like the rhythm of dance. Be the “A”.
Step 3 is U, signifying …… You. Listen to the melody of your heart and flow with the ones in your unique tune.
Step 4 is 'N' signifying …… And. It is about Inclusiveness including all beings in the spirit of Oneness in your unique tune.
Step 5 is Dance, signifying…… Celebrating one own existence being connected to universal consciousness.

Who are the Dance Masters of Abundance? What are the signs of mastery in abundance?
Every happy, humane and healthy soul is a dance master of Abundance. You can see their mastery on all five steps and how they practice in daily life.

Signs of Mastery in ……
Step 1 “A”can be seen in the form of calmness, serenity and effortless balance. The mastery is also visible in the absence of envy, judgment and pride.

Step 2 “B” can be seen in the form of taking self responsibility to lead by example, spontaneity and alignment of thoughts, words and actions. It can also be seen in absence of helplessness, manipulations and hypocrisy.

Step 3 “U” can be seen in the form of commitment to nurture Unique Individuality, self respect and guts to pay the price of being oneself. It can also be seen in the absence of Blind follower-ship, narrow mindedness and mediocrity.

Step 4 “N”can be seen in the form of inclusivity, ability to empathize and high approachability. It can also be seen in the absence of hatred, dilemmas and doubts.

Step 5 “Dance” can be seen in the form of joyfulness energy, unwavering faith in goodness and contentment. It can also be seen in the absence of blaming attitude, loneliness, and expectations.

Once we start A-B-U-n-dance it attracts abundance. Although A-B-U-n-dance is quite a spiritual dance it is highly recognized and rewarded by material world. It enriches the life at every level (relationship, career, health, status, prosperity).

The key of effective abundance is in its continuity and consistency. Continuity is important to be sustained irrespective of circumstances. Consistency is equally important to be offered irrespective of who is recipient it at that moment of time.

On these two criteria of effectiveness, cosmic dance and Tandava are ideal examples for all of us. It has been continued even since and forever. It is consistent in showering its blessings one and all equally.

Let us all learn to A-B-U-n-Dance and enjoy abundance sustainably. Those who want love needs to be loved. Similarly those who want abundance needs to A-B-U-n-Dance. Our glass of life is half full let us focus on that. Let’s imbibe abundance in our core nature, with such intense gratefulness, that the first word we spontaneously recollect starting from letter A becomes Abundance.

A for Abundance. The one who learns this would be able to enjoy A to Z of what life has to offer.

Thank You for joining me in learning the first alphabet.

Let's Face It!

Let's face it, we have forgotten what it is to live fully. What used to be a normal way of living a relationship, is becoming rare enough for us to discuss and write...
Can this life be called as life? We spent most of our life to earn for our living.
Do we live? The most common habit is to take each other for granted and to procrastinate interactions on sensitive matters.

It is ironic that as we get more and more scientific, we are alienating ourselves from each other. While we thank sharing methods like letters, telephone, email, Facebook, blogs etc…. It’s time we realize the irreplaceable value of meeting each other in person in order to Live.

In today’s world where traveling is most quick and comfortable than ever before, can we say we are meeting each other whenever we should? What is making us avoid each other? The answers can be many.

If the other is insignificant for us, the avoidance can be understandable. What about the significant ones? The avoidance in such case may be due to our inability to face our own vulnerability.

Parents in old age homes, children in boarding schools, long distant relationships are indicating that we are forgetting to live. It’s time we face our priorities and meet the people we love and start living life the way we always wanted it to be.

Whether we accept it or not most of the time we avoid each other in order to keep our imaginations about each other alive. Our imaginations may be positive or negative. We live our imaginations about others so comfortably that it imprisons us away from more wonderful facts. And this is the biggest common reason for not living our life fully. Are you ready to live fully? If yes, then this blog gives you three simple steps to do it.

1) Face it! It’s high time that we face our emotions, our intensity and our priorities honestly.

How many of us are stuck in a relationship halfheartedly or in a one way commitment with mere rituals of responsibilities and slavery, hoping for honor, respect and hopeless pursuits of happiness.

It is important that we resolve and release our energies attached to the unresolved issues of relationships in order to live our present fully. The best way to resolve your past is by meeting the concerned people, if possible. Whether it creates new beginnings for brighter future or not, it definitely helps in healing everything and everyone. It would be better that we face our heart, to meet our lost loved ones and live with renewed commitment.

2) Meet the present.  The famous quote says it all “If you love someone set them free. If they come back they are yours.”

The Question is when they come back, do we meet them? If not, then it will it be surprising that we reap what we sow. It is important to remember that whenever we meet anyone from our past we meet them with enough time, due sensitivity, patience, non judgmental attitude and mutual dignity.

I have come across wonderful people who chose to heal their past by facing the unresolved issues by meeting the concerned people with mutual forgiveness and revived relationship. They achieved this magic mainly because they could unconditionally love and respect each other as they are in present and give each other enough space to evolve together.

3) After we have faced ourselves, and meet the concerned ones it is time to take third step. This step is to live in alignment with our core desire and revived commitments to self and the most significant ones.

All the three steps require courage that can come only from genuine realization and care for life. Life is all about connecting, celebrating and concluding unresolved relationships of our earlier lives.

As we do not know the expiry date of this life, the only time we have for our relations is Now.

Let us live, for that let us meet and for that let us face unresolved issues in the eye. The Karmic cycle of life is waiting for us to complete the circle at the earliest.

May you face your core wish, meet those who love you as you are and live with commitment with those who reciprocate.

With genuine care for life.
