Aura Scan - The Energy Mirror

We are all beings of light as realized by Albert Einstein. This is because we are Bio– photonic beings. 'Bio' is Life and ‘Photon’ is smallest particle of light. Synonyms of life is liveliness, vitality, vigor, buoyancy and in simpler words Energy. This article is about reflecting on own life in the energy mirror also known as Aura Scan.

What is an Aura?
Generally we refer & visualize Aura as shining halo circling heads of gods and saints in religious calendars. The fact is that it is an electromagnetic field that emanates from all matters living or non-living. Aura, in its basic form, embodies seven layers powered through seven energy centers called Chakras. It is energized by the Kundalini, situated at the base of the spine, which is the storehouse of vital energy for healthy life. Aura is the energy field that envelopes the physical body within and around. This energy field can get torn and punctured leading to illness and diseases.
The factors affecting the energy field can be external or internal. External factors include virus, bacteria, pollution and internal factors such as our thought processes with relation to our own self, others and life in general. Hence it is vital to study our energy field regularly for preventive health care.

What is Aura Scan?
Aura Scan indicates the present state of energy field with respect to the scanned person/object. Aura Scan pictures gives a colorful graphical representation of energy field within and around the physical body.

Importance of scanning our Aura
Aura not only reflects the distinctive personality, but is also a barometer of energy fields within body, warning us of impending trouble (physical as well as psychological diseases) well in advance. This helps us take immediate steps for preventive health care for ourselves and our loved ones. A stitch in time saves nine.

Aura Scanning Process
In a nutshell, it includes photographic session against a matte-finished white wall containing a full-spectrum light, which mimics the sunlight wavelength distribution pattern. There is a special purpose camera attached to a laptop consisting of advanced software called Bio field Reader BFR. The spectrum of light is turned on to create an electromagnetic field and the person is required to enter the field wearing minimal clothing. When the rays fall on the body, they interact with the energy field and there is an absorption as well as reflection of light, which is imaged by the camera with the help of the software. The scanning process including a set of multiple photographs of various body parts from various directions. The entire photographic session takes only 10 minutes. Energy Interpretations are made based on specific colors indicating different states of person’s health. The colors highlight healthy areas of the body, congested or stressed areas, signs of energy leakage likely to generate physical problems in the future. It also indicates life based impacts on the energy field including recent past, how one project oneself to others, what the person is hoping for, their goals and aspirations and what one is creating for oneself in the near future.

In short, the energy interpretations reveal specific improvement areas for due attention and care to sustain better health both physically and psychologically. The interpretations are followed by customized health tips from Energy Expert. These are the tips that can be practiced by the individual independently for healthier life ahead.

Aura Scan is the energy mirror that reflects how good we are in managing our physical and psychological energies. It gives us vivid insights in how we feel and how it impacts our life. As said by Ernest Holmes ‘Life is a mirror and will reflect back to the thinker what he thinks into it’

The Institute of Energy Research and Study, Pune, India invites you to experience this insightful learning preparing you for a healthier life.

Journey from Piece to Peace

It's been a while I have been thinking about the journey of our individual lives - the various courses it takes, the people we meet, the life we lead, the decisions we take so on and so forth. This article is about the journey of our life or rather the journey of a soul from its immortal phase to being a mortal being.

Every life takes birth when it feels restless due to sense of incompleteness. The journey evolves the soul to realize the completeness and rest in peace. Each life may appear quite different. Yet it is always about journey from piece to peace. Every life journey enriches us with evolved set of virtues viz; patience, unconditional love, humility, gratitude etc that can take number of life times for the soul to internalize before it finally rests in peace.

AkAshAt patitam tOyam, yathA gachachhati sAgaram .... i.e. like every drop of water that falls from the sky, ultimately ends up in the ocean. This saying also points to a fact that every moment of our life we are progressing towards deeper and greater sense of completeness.

Why is the need to talk about it?
The need is to ensure that we undertake the journey with unwavering faith, sincere studiousness and blissful balance. This is important for making our journey more enjoyable, more enriching and more effective in this lifetime. This article is just a gentle remainder to sensitize the soul towards its own nature which is evolving to the next level of its own DNA spiral.

What are the simple tips one can practice for having a great journey and greater destination?
To simplify our understanding of the tips, let us visualize an analogy … journey of a rain drop moving towards the sea. AkAshAt patitam tOyam, yathA gachachhati sAgaram - like every drop of water that falls from the sky, ultimately ends up in the ocean.
  1. Self Acceptance: Unconditional, non judgmental, realistic, detailed and decisive. Let us learn self acceptance through our analogy of rain water drop. The first step the drop takes is to identify itself as independent unit of H2O similarly the first step we need to take is to identify ourselves as an independent human being. Unconditional, whether it stays with cloud or not. We are we, whether others support us or not. Non judgmental about where it is going to fall (lotus, pearl oyster or mud ) about whether we succeed or fail. Realistic, Realizing it has a miniscule mass with limited capacity to make a difference. Realizing we are just one human being with limited life span to make a difference. Detailed understanding its own characteristic such as fluidity, ability to merge, mould and natural tendency to move towards slope to re-establish equality. Understanding our own characteristic such as adaptability, ability to team up, transform and natural tendency to move towards where we would be valued more to re-establish equanimity. Decisive to explore its own identity independently even at the cost of falling down. To explore our own individuality even at the cost of alienation.
  2. Breathing: Exhaling all the used up energy and pent up emotions, releasing and just letting it go and inhaling freshness full of new possibilities and untapped potential. Exhaling all the used up energy and pent up emotions, releasing and just letting it go - the drop lets itself go without having to know what would happen to it in advance. Similarly we need to move with the flow of life in here and now. Without having to know what will happen to us in advance. Inhaling freshness full of new possibilities and untapped potential. A drop has unlimited possibilities to which it gives a fresh attempt. We too have untapped potential which call for fresh expressions.
  3. Focus, on forgiveness (self and others), goodness, lifelong learning and new virtues imbibed for future. Just like the drop which imbibes a new color and characteristic of what it mingles with.
  4. Apply, the evolved way of life consistently. A drop mingles with the river it continues to flow with until the river merges into the sea.
  5. Celebrate, every success (for self and others). The drop continues to apply the oceanic movement even after reaching the sea as current or wave, celebrating the success of reaching the sea by self and others.
Humility is the precondition for bliss. Bliss is the precondition for peace. Yes we are just a piece in the totality of the complete universe. Yet, we deserve to feel the peace of completeness within us. The way to feel this completeness starts through humility, accepting ourselves as small piece/particle of the universe. The lightness gifted by this humility helps us feel the bliss of being. The blissful being naturally evolves towards the higher self. Witnessing this enriching journey in our inner world offers us peace. The journey goes on, the life moves on even after realizing the peace just like water cycle in nature wherein a droplet from the ocean again steams up to form a cloud. The beauty is what appears to be cyclical is actually evolving higher and higher like DNA spiral. When we experience this happening in our life that is when our inner peace becomes sustainable in every stage of life - whether we are steaming up or pouring down, going with the flow or just waving around.

Happy to share this life cycle at peace with you
A drop of humanity,

A for Abundance

Life is a festival calling us to celebrate. One of the most beautiful ways of celebrating is to dance. This article is about life’s dance also known as A-B-U-n-Dance. One of the grandest examples of Abundance at macro level is the cosmic dance of Shiva (Consciousness), it is the clear indicator that the universe functions in complete harmony on a wonderful rhythm utilizing wide range of melodies being sung simultaneously for that one universal consciousness to dance and celebrate its being.

At micro level Lord Shankara, incarnation of Shiva is visualized in a dancing form known as Tandava. This too is a form of abundance at individual level.

What are the characteristics of abundance? What are the common aspect between cosmic dance of Shiva and Tandava?
  • Abundance is a form of solo dance done by single consciousness.
  • At every moment it is new, zero repetition full of spontaneity.
  • Only rule applicable in this dance that there are no rules.
The dance is about going with the flow in complete harmony with entire existence forever. In other words Tandava is the symbol of cosmic dance of Shiva. That has been on since eternity and will go on infinitely. What we can learn from cosmic dance and Tandava is abundance.

How to learn A-B-U-n-Dance (Abundance)?
It is by practicing the five steps.
Step 1 is A, signifying …… One. Taking a stance that “we all are one”. Getting into the mood and music of oneness. Experience the fact that there is only A.
Step 2 is B, signifying …… Be. Live the Oneness of “A” in your being. Every moment every breath like the rhythm of dance. Be the “A”.
Step 3 is U, signifying …… You. Listen to the melody of your heart and flow with the ones in your unique tune.
Step 4 is 'N' signifying …… And. It is about Inclusiveness including all beings in the spirit of Oneness in your unique tune.
Step 5 is Dance, signifying…… Celebrating one own existence being connected to universal consciousness.

Who are the Dance Masters of Abundance? What are the signs of mastery in abundance?
Every happy, humane and healthy soul is a dance master of Abundance. You can see their mastery on all five steps and how they practice in daily life.

Signs of Mastery in ……
Step 1 “A”can be seen in the form of calmness, serenity and effortless balance. The mastery is also visible in the absence of envy, judgment and pride.

Step 2 “B” can be seen in the form of taking self responsibility to lead by example, spontaneity and alignment of thoughts, words and actions. It can also be seen in absence of helplessness, manipulations and hypocrisy.

Step 3 “U” can be seen in the form of commitment to nurture Unique Individuality, self respect and guts to pay the price of being oneself. It can also be seen in the absence of Blind follower-ship, narrow mindedness and mediocrity.

Step 4 “N”can be seen in the form of inclusivity, ability to empathize and high approachability. It can also be seen in the absence of hatred, dilemmas and doubts.

Step 5 “Dance” can be seen in the form of joyfulness energy, unwavering faith in goodness and contentment. It can also be seen in the absence of blaming attitude, loneliness, and expectations.

Once we start A-B-U-n-dance it attracts abundance. Although A-B-U-n-dance is quite a spiritual dance it is highly recognized and rewarded by material world. It enriches the life at every level (relationship, career, health, status, prosperity).

The key of effective abundance is in its continuity and consistency. Continuity is important to be sustained irrespective of circumstances. Consistency is equally important to be offered irrespective of who is recipient it at that moment of time.

On these two criteria of effectiveness, cosmic dance and Tandava are ideal examples for all of us. It has been continued even since and forever. It is consistent in showering its blessings one and all equally.

Let us all learn to A-B-U-n-Dance and enjoy abundance sustainably. Those who want love needs to be loved. Similarly those who want abundance needs to A-B-U-n-Dance. Our glass of life is half full let us focus on that. Let’s imbibe abundance in our core nature, with such intense gratefulness, that the first word we spontaneously recollect starting from letter A becomes Abundance.

A for Abundance. The one who learns this would be able to enjoy A to Z of what life has to offer.

Thank You for joining me in learning the first alphabet.

Let's Face It!

Let's face it, we have forgotten what it is to live fully. What used to be a normal way of living a relationship, is becoming rare enough for us to discuss and write...
Can this life be called as life? We spent most of our life to earn for our living.
Do we live? The most common habit is to take each other for granted and to procrastinate interactions on sensitive matters.

It is ironic that as we get more and more scientific, we are alienating ourselves from each other. While we thank sharing methods like letters, telephone, email, Facebook, blogs etc…. It’s time we realize the irreplaceable value of meeting each other in person in order to Live.

In today’s world where traveling is most quick and comfortable than ever before, can we say we are meeting each other whenever we should? What is making us avoid each other? The answers can be many.

If the other is insignificant for us, the avoidance can be understandable. What about the significant ones? The avoidance in such case may be due to our inability to face our own vulnerability.

Parents in old age homes, children in boarding schools, long distant relationships are indicating that we are forgetting to live. It’s time we face our priorities and meet the people we love and start living life the way we always wanted it to be.

Whether we accept it or not most of the time we avoid each other in order to keep our imaginations about each other alive. Our imaginations may be positive or negative. We live our imaginations about others so comfortably that it imprisons us away from more wonderful facts. And this is the biggest common reason for not living our life fully. Are you ready to live fully? If yes, then this blog gives you three simple steps to do it.

1) Face it! It’s high time that we face our emotions, our intensity and our priorities honestly.

How many of us are stuck in a relationship halfheartedly or in a one way commitment with mere rituals of responsibilities and slavery, hoping for honor, respect and hopeless pursuits of happiness.

It is important that we resolve and release our energies attached to the unresolved issues of relationships in order to live our present fully. The best way to resolve your past is by meeting the concerned people, if possible. Whether it creates new beginnings for brighter future or not, it definitely helps in healing everything and everyone. It would be better that we face our heart, to meet our lost loved ones and live with renewed commitment.

2) Meet the present.  The famous quote says it all “If you love someone set them free. If they come back they are yours.”

The Question is when they come back, do we meet them? If not, then it will it be surprising that we reap what we sow. It is important to remember that whenever we meet anyone from our past we meet them with enough time, due sensitivity, patience, non judgmental attitude and mutual dignity.

I have come across wonderful people who chose to heal their past by facing the unresolved issues by meeting the concerned people with mutual forgiveness and revived relationship. They achieved this magic mainly because they could unconditionally love and respect each other as they are in present and give each other enough space to evolve together.

3) After we have faced ourselves, and meet the concerned ones it is time to take third step. This step is to live in alignment with our core desire and revived commitments to self and the most significant ones.

All the three steps require courage that can come only from genuine realization and care for life. Life is all about connecting, celebrating and concluding unresolved relationships of our earlier lives.

As we do not know the expiry date of this life, the only time we have for our relations is Now.

Let us live, for that let us meet and for that let us face unresolved issues in the eye. The Karmic cycle of life is waiting for us to complete the circle at the earliest.

May you face your core wish, meet those who love you as you are and live with commitment with those who reciprocate.

With genuine care for life.

Learning to say “I Love You"

I Love You - the three most beautiful and magical words anybody in this world would want to hear from one special person in their life. However, most often than not, the magic of these three words does not last for long in today's time and age.

We have come across such a situation in our life too, where we have felt & imagined while reading a book or while watching a movie or seeing a much in love couple, that we should also have a similar love story repeated in our lives.

But how many a times, we might have had a chance to have a similar love story which got aborted well before time may be even before the magic of the words 'I Love You' seeped in, making us wonder what went wrong? It is high time, we learn the complete meaning of “I Love You", before we say it in future.

https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_9nlpbJLAuwDkJapBOuNyz_LDeUGvZOOk53iIX9RDxZm8Pf3n9wqPT_Gd-xO1gyPjSjEN4HUBKxUWpYse7zHKzyiANYpIAK4I8Wr8xqLdvMdVkTOdkm4qxhwrsRzbcb4875sM8eC99VUs/s1600/photo+2.JPGWhat is the meaning of the sentence “I Love You”?
It is made up of three words I, Love and You. It is essential to understand the meaning of each of these words before we attempt to understand their combination.

What is “I”?
Who is this I, that is loving the other? Try and remember the days when we first said I Love You to anyone (Romantically). What was our age? What was our level of understanding about ourselves? Had we explored our identity in our own eyes before offering ourselves to the other? Did we really have the answer of The Question “Who am I” at that time? It is important to know who we are, Before we love anyone. In teen age, one of the main reasons why the magic of love doesn’t last for long, is the highly dynamic growth process of “I” that is changing very rapidly during teen age.
https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiuLbweSrvcfepMEvkz7Bt5RKUM8Pjt9C-JurB5fYt5Y4IW9gqPZWCxRQzJJg5-nqMjY03kB20726Tvfjba92PBaI551jsS4l1WH8EPOeLDE7r7asL4568noSMTYYu5BzF7OIgT3l6SMmdu/s1600/photo.JPG
It is very important in teen age that our definition of I grows beyond our appearance, our social background and our future plans. Because these aspects related to I are changing unpredictably and changing very fast especially in this age. I have seen very sweet couples in their teens, who are unable to recognize each other, by the time they reach their adolescence. I have also seen adolescence, who hurriedly venture into love marriage only to realize they are not so compatible to each other, by the time they become adults. We can prevent these harsh ways of realizations, by doing first things first. Before saying I Love You,  let us develop our understanding of “I”first.

What is Love?
What is this exact nature of this Love, which we are so eager to offer to the other? Is it convenience or companionship? Is it to flare our ego or to care for the other? Is it conditional or unconditional? If it is about convenience, ego & conditionsthen its love, but not Love. Love lasts for long, love doesn’t. Love is to care and be there unconditionally as true companion. Who is a true companion? One who treats the other at peer level and ensures that the bridge of communication is nurtured through appreciation of heart, attention of mind and availability of time. Time is life and Love requires time to grow. Courage to commit, conviction to care and consistency in companionship are key ingredients of Love that lasts.

https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjBGSTWbXGABxs5LW8R46Bq_srxEIkCFz5FAn1YOqc4-rrbFz7QUeR46gA3jT93QpCUJsseeGHUNHWD8xjERbBIvbwUyV5A-rWRvWM__UEf3Ew-ZyJcI5wiBn9SG0QcVm7cXP3JKtSx3M_k/s1600/photo+4.JPGSo, let us dare to care consistently and be there for the one who we love, Before we say “I Love”. I have witnessed lovers, who have taken each other so much for granted, that they summoned the magic to vanish, however unintended it might be. And then, they wonder why their partner went on with his/her life without the other in search of true companionship. The irony is, we realize the value of one (who was taken for granted) in their absence. We need to ask ourselves, is our love, mature enough to be Love? If yes, then be assured the magic would last forever.

What do you mean by “You”?
In the name of “You” what do we love? Is it the other person’s sheer existence or mere appearance? Is it that person’s natural individuality or tailor-made slavery in admiration of our ego? Does our scope of Love include the inconvenient, unpredictable, uncontrollable side of the other’s personality? Or is it restricted to what matches our perception, our requirements and our sense of control? Let us remember, that the other person would go on evolving. This process is dynamic and endless. And Only way in which we can Love long-lastingly, is by Loving the ever-lasting divinity in the other “You”.

“You” (inner nature, core divinity) last for long “you” (appearance, habits, personality) don’t .Let us focus on You (the divinity of other), Before we say I Love You. This focus would mean that we treat the other person with utmost honesty, trust, respect, sincerity, unconditional and heart- felt appreciation for the other for being the other (for You being You).

https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqIEdKya8BQtR9Nq6gJGa8e56U0nyOjB5Izr0z3Ta01iKE5QfFck-1ttFHpZHpPEbVZwBEmytOlR0tx1NJ3_guEkBuBxsLkNO_rtDz38gZjixjt5Qzhbr0e6e5qWqyyHs2TVZfml5uSTIL/s1600/photo+1.JPGWe have seen so many real life love stories, where lovers are still learning one or the other of three words of “I Love You”. For example, there are couples who have learned “I” and “You” and still learning “Love”. There are couples where only one of the two has seen the “You” and the other is still learning to see divinity in the other one. There are couples where both are busy with “I” and “Love”  and both are taking the “You” for granted. It is vital that they realise that they are WIP (work in progress) couples and should continue to evolve themselves and their relationship with greater awareness and sensitivity for self, relationship and the other.

The journey of romantic life is from “I” to “You” on the path of “Love”. When the entire combination is learned, expressed and lived, the compassion expands. The care that started in the form of loving the other expands to include the family, friends and society of the other. The journey of expanding care makes the romantic lover more and more compassionate citizen, transforming him/her into universal human being. Are we generous enough to undertake the journey?

https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilXmdUnJaw9p2J8yvlf_-ftXqeSp0gSVu0E1Sz8pJjTRQ5c_GQpG0RayRoZVLyFwUD9u1-m_ibutgy36yLT8qoRP-9Wxaj4TEhd2CPYytnrkSaKAHvu8j8soIJw-xHP765z_PHkQLrNN4-/s1600/ALIGNMENT.jpg
Have we grown beyond our temptations to judge and criticize others? Judgments and criticisms are indicative of our own inability to see divinity in the other. This inability is indicative that our restricted sense of small “i”. The small “i” of intelligence requires insight and inclusivity in order to be mature “I”.

Love is continues process of nurturing, empowering and enriching the natural dynamic individuality of the other. The behavior opposite to Love can be seen in the form of draining, belittling, disrespecting the other’s individuality, capabilities, potential & those who contributed in nurturing the other’s life.

Learning to say “I Love You” means learning to see and honour spirituality within self, the relation and the other. This learning process may require many life times and yet it will be worthwhile. The shortest and fastest way to realize our long lasting Love is by being the mature Lover to the other. Let us remember, the other will reflect who we are, sooner or later. In this lifetime whomever we say “I Love You”, let us mean it, live it and endure it forever. Be assured, when we commit to this maturely , the universe will protect, nourish & Love us on each step of the process by acting as our ultimate unlimited, unconditional source of Love.

https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjMz3n1xcMHtlif_PkvKiqK4FH1qsqd3TYzrznOmcgetDo15ZBWW5xfvHoyhh6qUJoHWGqpUo7W1mZr-dzCEQgQU2PNXOqmpH1we_7aVYT_VrTKXeDoAWg95nMhwL4MPgIZSwsIJwUGhaSE/s1600/photo+3.JPG
After all, the entire Universe itself is a romantic verse of Unity. All lives are nothing but celebrations of Oneness. When we love our partner with serenity, harmony, balance, stability and honour, we come closest to what life is all about. When we will really learn the words I Love You, the magical words would last in the cosmos like the prayers, celebrating Oneness of the Universe.

Happy Learning ….

ALIGN

Align - one of the most simple and significant word of advice given to all who wants to attract abundance in life is “Align".
This article is to address frequently asked questions with respect to alignment.
FAQ 1. What do you mean by “Align”?
Attitude linking integrated godly network. It is a well known fact that we all are components of integrated network known as universe. Universe is already designed in such a harmony that it flows like poetry grows itself through dynamic equilibrium.
All we need to do is find our exact role in it and play it passionately. The attitudes which help us find our place our positive attitude, gratitude and service attitude. Alignment is streamlining of positive attitude with thought, feelings, words and action. With gratitude for service of greater good.
FAQ 2. How alignment attracts abundance?
Abundance is already attracted towards us. It is being poured on us unconditionally by Nature. Alignment simply allows the abundance to be internalized. There is no resistance in nature.
Similarly, a person aligned with nature (inner and outer) is least resistant to change. In other words, she/he is most open to all possibilities of life for progress and prosperity.
FAQ 3. What are the characteristic of a aligned person?
Top five characteristic of aligned person are …..
First characteristic is absence of all negative attitudes such as fear, anger, envy, inferiority, guilt, doubt, depressions and so on.
Second characteristic is abundance application of positive attitudes such as hope, unconditional love, faith, non judgmental, understanding, sincere respect, sense of appreciation, confidence, courage, conviction and calmness, joy, gratitude and so on.
Third and central characteristic is integrity. Integrity here means authenticity and consistency in thoughts, words and action. This characteristic results in credibility and trustworthiness of the person.
Fourth characteristic is good health (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).Health is also through a state of mind that is always at ease. In other words a state of mind that does not get dis-ease (diseased) in any circumstance.
Fifth and final characteristic is oneness in behavior. This includes 3 key ingredients. Unconditional openness to diversity, inclusive thinking for finding WIN-WIN solutions AND honest humility serving the community to the best of one's ability.
FAQ 4.What happens in absence of alignment?
Efforts (absence of effortlessness), expectations, bondages, obligations, frustrations (heaviness), exhaustions.
FAQ 5. Can everyone achieve alignment forever?
Yes. Our inherent nature is aligned and abundant. Being aligned is nothing else but discovering this inner self waiting to be revealed through us. When truly aligned we are inspiring with our divinity, we are in balance and transmit that very energy into the world we live in. That energy seems to be visible to all whether enlightened or not. It transforms the way people treat us. It is grace… No woman or man can say they are always living in true alignment.
Even Dalai Lama says he lose his grid sometimes. Yet, alignment to me is finding one's true purpose, finding a way to live integrated with that purpose and that way live aligned with one's soul…For me the intention, the discipline the attempt to stay aligned is worthwhile.
Anyone who can assist this very process by living that alignment themselves are a soul teacher. Because their very being transmit an energy that almost automatically lights the light of alignment in that other person, reunite the man and the soul, man and purpose, man and their divine presence.

Alignment is grace and grace is truly powerful… The quiet kind of powerful. The powerful way of transformation, growth and reuniting… To be, to act,to impact in alignment.
The best way to understand alignment is to experience it. Just do it and see it for yourself. The unique flavor of alignment is to each her/his own.
Happy to be aligned with all,

Shilpa Savant
